My Dad's old office has become a part of the construction also. We decided to open up the adjoining wall, so there will be two ways to access the family room.
Here's it is all opened up.
Framing and some insulation went up last week. Things are moving along!
Today the sheetrock was hung. What a difference! It is really starting to feel like a room now.
Hard at work
Steve, Brett and Dan - the hard workers (My Dad was there too but left before I could snap a picture) THANKS SO MUCH GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

2.....

Dan played with a good team, playing 4 games in SCORCHING hot 95 degree weather. We were happy they played and watched 2 of the four games. I was really thankful that my sisters lived nearby, so we could get out of the heat for meals and naps.
By the end of the day my sister's apartment became a playground...and the destruction began - spilling, tipping, drooling...basically destroying.
A few minutes with no supervision...this is what he got into, after spreading a huge deck of cards all over the living room floor. Ohhh to live like a child :)
