A Day with Family
Saturday was a very fun and busy day. All 7 Gundersen siblings and families came home to meet little Isabelle and visit. We always have a good time when we are together and yesterday was no exception. As always we talked a lot, ate great food and drank plenty of coffee. Here are some of the pictures of the day.

Daddy and Isaiah are always having a good time together!
FUN TIMES TOGETHER with LOTS of smiles!

We couldn't do so many things without the help of my mom and dad. They have been incrediably supportive and helpful during this time of transition. We love them very much and are very thankful and appreciative of all they do for us.
Isabelle sitting with Grandpa. She is like a little peanut in his arms. Look at how BIG my dad's hands are compared to her little self. Gives you some perspective, doesn't it!?
Isaiah is getting more and more comfortable with a new baby around. He does experience some jealously, but only when I am feeding Isabelle and he wants attention.
The pregnant Auntie's getting their baby practice. SO fun to see them! Isaiah was pretty happy too!
Brett with his new little cousin
David and Jodi were able to stop for a visit, so we got to catch up with them a little and hear about how their pregnancy is progressing. Jodi is 18 weeks along. It will be so fun to have a little cousin for Isabelle close by!

Uncle Ryan and Betty came for the weekend from the MPLS area. It is always fun to see them. This time it was especially fun because Betty is starting to "show" being 18 weeks pregnant now. It will be fun to keep up with her and Ryan as they experience the miracle of birth and the peace that happens as you start a family.
Doesn't pregnancy look FANASTIC on these two!! Both ladies are expecting their first children 3 days apart from the other. Betty is due first at the end of February and Jodi is due the beginning of March. FUN! FUN! Our little ones will be so lucky to have cousins close in age.
Beautiful isn't she?!!! 18 weeks

Day 3 with Miss Isabelle
Here she is--Miss Isabelle herself. She is so small! Today we will be going home and finally getting to meet/see big brother Isaiah for the first time. With the ban on vistors to the birthing unit, only Dan has been allowed up to see me and Isabelle. I am very thankful for technology when there are circumstances like these.
As I changed Isabelle's diaper and clothing she sucked on her pacifier. Doesn't it look huge compared to her tiny head and fingers!
All cozy in her new pink hat and polka-dot layette.

Me again....
Isaiah is realizing that Isabelle isn't leaving, so he is doing some investigating, trying to figure her out.
He figured out that she sleeps in the bassinet, so now he "checks" on her quite often.
