We have done a lot this week since we were home most of the week with colds. We, meaning Isaiah, Isabelle and me. We did everything possible I could think of to keep us all entertained.

Baby Girl

Isaiah and Isabelle have a new baby girl cousin: Faith Amelia, born February 26th weighing 8 lbs 14 oz and 22 inches long!! We are so happy all went well and baby Faith is here!

SO Happy

Today Isaiah was SO HAPPY because he got to see his grandpa again after 6 days. While he was in the hospital in Minneapolis Isaiah asked for him everyday. He, of course, doesn't understand what is going on, but was very happy to hear that he was going to see his grandpa again today.

After my dad was transferred to the hospital in town today, so we went up for a visit and brought Isaiah. He had a huge smile on his face and so did my dad. They are very good friends! We are so glad Grandpa is close by so we can see him everyday again!

Lots Going On

This week has been quite a surprise. Os Sunday, Valentine's Day my sister Betty had her baby boy, Jack. We were SO happy to get to meet him this week and introduce him to his little gil cousin Isabelle. They are 5 months apart.

Jack was a little Jaundice so he got to "sun tan" a little bit under the UV lights

Daddy Ryan is so attentive making sur he's got his pacifier.

What took all of us by surprise was a fall by my dad on Tuesday morning breaking his right hip and shattering his left tibia. Isabelle greeting Grandpa.

Namesake

Today we talked with our good friends in Japan Uwe and Tomoko. Our little Isabelle Tomoko is named after this wonderful woman and dear, dear friend of mine. It was an extra special conversation because Tomoko-san told us that she is pregnant with their first baby, due this summer! We are very excited for their good news and look forward to meeting their little baby next year!

SO BIG!

Our little princess is growing up so quickly, as they always do. She is such a wonderful little girl!

Best Buds

Is this picture a sign of good things to come?? Best buds? Recently Isaiah and Isabelle have become playing buddies. Isabelle's eyes follow Isaiah all around the room, intrigued by all he does and Isaiah loves the attention. He likes holding her (for about 10 seconds), giving her kisses and telling her to smile.

Here's a prime example of the two interacting together! SO fun to think of the fun times ahead as they grow older together.

Classic..... "uhhhhhh....Isaiah, I'm not too sure I want your fingers in my mouth."

Isaiah loves joining Isabelle in her crib while she watches her mobile. Quite cute.

Playtime

It has been awhile since you have gotten to see the kids in action. Here they are playing together in Isabelle's crib right after they both woke up from naps.

Shower Time!

Today was a baby for my sister-in-law who is expecting her first child (baby girl) in less than one month. Here are a few pictures.

Room Makeover

Today, thanks to a group of friends, we painted and redecorated our friend Nancy's living room. It was a gorgeous transformation!! Here are some pictures of the finished product. We also reorganized and cleaned out her bedroom, kitchen and kids' bedroom. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!! Nancy was totally beside herself when she saw her newly redecorated home.

Betty's Shower

It was so fun to throw a baby shower for my older sister as she is anticipating the arrival of her first child, Jack Ryan David Hargen. We can't wait to meet him!! We had a very nice time with all the ladies that attended and took time to celebrate with us.

The last week or so

The last week or so has been a bit off since we had a virus attack our computer, but thanks to a few good friends and their "tech wisdom" we are back online. We have had lots of visitors around the house which is always fun and our little dolly girl turned 4 months old.
