Nishikoen Hanami

As you may have read in some of my recent blogs, there is such a thing called Hanami (Cherry blossom viewing party). On Friday evening we went with some of our friends to Nishikoen park to view the cherry blossoms with only the lantern lights. In my estimation, it is more beautiful than seeing them in the daytime. Vendors bring in food and drinks, while loads of people come with their friends and family to spend time sitting under the cherry blossoms. We had such a nice time!! We even tried chocolate covered bananas with sprinkles!
