Promising Student

Kenna Strom came out for the afternoon the other day and hopped on the pottery with me, learning for the first time how to throw. She was a NATURAL! On her first try she made a beautiful bowl and even stayed fairly clean! I think she has some real talent with clay and look forward to many more lessons together! Here she is learning where on her finger she should "pull" with in order to move the clay upwards
She got it on the first try! Very perceptive and accurate. Well done.

Wedding

Our trip to Long Island was centered around Dan's best friend's wedding. Here are a few pictures of the day.

Gorman's and Us in NYC

We were so happy to see our good friends the Gorman's while we were out east. They met us for a day of adventure in the Big Apple and boy, did we have fun! We saw TONS of sites, ate good food, laughed a bunch and played in the rain. It was so good to be together.

Visiting Niagara Falls & N.T

Hello Family! I know you have been waiting for new pictures from our travels, so here are a few. The first few days of our trip were spent near Niagara Falls, NY in North Tonawanda with Dan's parents and grandparents. We were so happy we were able to surprise them a day early and spent some extra time together!
